An Abundant Harvest
This year's journey started on May 21, when a bunch of us gathered on a very wet day  to plant 24 pounds of seed potatoes in a single 150 foot row. Extra Row Brings in The Goods
For the fifth year in a row Tucker Andrews of The Farm Upstream has grown an extra row of squash on behalf of Transition Town Jericho. This year was another great harvest by volunteers from Transition Town Jericho and the Jericho-Underhill Food Hub. Here’s what was harvested and distributed for 2025.
